A 6-Session Somatic Coaching Experience for Life’s Transitions
The Build, Blossom, Become Journey is a 6-session coaching container designed to support meaningful transformation during seasons of change.
Across six intentional sessions, we move through three interconnected phases—building internal stability, blossoming into greater clarity and aliveness, and becoming the person who can carry these shifts into everyday life.
This structure creates space for deep nervous-system work, emotional integration, and real-world movement, while remaining contained, supportive, and doable.
Every transformation follows a natural rhythm. Our work together honors that rhythm.

Build — Creating the Foundation
Before clarity, before goals, before growth, the nervous system must experience safety and steadiness. Without this foundation, change remains fragile.
In the Build phase, we focus on:

Blossom — Releasing & Reclaiming
With a stable foundation, energy begins to return. Old patterns loosen their grip. Clarity emerges.
In the Blossom phase, we explore and transform:

conditioned responses around safety, worth, and belonging
survival strategies that no longer serve your life
Healing becomes lived experience.
You begin to feel more like yourself again — grounded, open, alive.
Become — Bringing the Work Home
The Become phase completes the coaching arc.
This is where your transformation integrates into your real life — your choices, relationships, work, health, and future direction.

1:1 Somatic Coaching Sessions
Flexible, personalized support for where you are right now
1:1 sessions are a space to slow down and meet what’s actually happening beneath the surface of your day-to-day life. Rather than following a preset program, we work with what is most alive for you—whether that’s a decision you’re facing, nervous-system overwhelm, a relationship dynamic, or the quiet sense that you’ve outgrown the life you’re living.
In each session we listen to both your story and your body, helping you notice patterns, emotions, and impulses that thinking alone can’t reach. From that more grounded place, clarity begins to emerge—along with choices that feel steady, honest, and possible.
This work is collaborative and respectful of your pace. My role is not to direct you, but to help you reconnect with your own inner authority so that change comes from the inside rather than from pressure or “shoulds.”
